For example, it is usually bad when a system generates too much friction because the energy is then radiated as thermal energy and is no longer available for use by the system.&lt;br /&gt;

Albert Einstein formulated the famous relationship between mass and energy [[E = mc²]].  She made him famous.  He was referring to phenomena in which a body emits radiation.  From an absolute point of view, especially with regard to the [[equivalence of space and time]], [[E = mc²]] applies universally.  To assume a possible damping factor here depending on the speed of movement, as it seems to emerge from other Einstein&amp;#039;s equations, is wrong.&lt;br /&gt;
